TYPES OF CONTROLS
Mechanical keys are positioned underneath a Lexan membrane, which can have customised graphics and colours.
This solution is practical and cost effective.
Allows you to navigate menus and modify the various parameters by rotating and pressing it. Rotary switches allow a series of commands, such as pressing arrows and traditional keys, to be eliminated.
CAPACITIVE KEYPAD ON GLASS
Capacitive keypads / keyboards are an extremely robust solution in all conditions of use thanks to the particularly thick top layer of glass.
The keys are activated by touching a pane of glass covering the backlit buttons, which can be different colours depending on their status.
The glossy black of the surface combined with the bright colours of the buttons creates a spectacular and attractive interface.
AREA CAPACITIVE TOUCHSCREEN
The capacitive sensor installed on top of the LCD is divided into areas which correspond to the capacitive keys: between 8 and 12 for a 4.3” LCD, up to a maximum of 16 keys for a 7” LCD.
This allows you to obtain a capacitive touchscreen on glass or plexiglass at a lower cost than a traditional full capacitive touchscreen. It is also possible to incorporate linear slide controls, to create a high-impact interface.
